Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilize Revit and Navisworks in tandem to model mechanical and plumbing systems
- Maintain high-standards for drawing/file organization within Revit files and within our file storage system
- Communicate and collaborate with internal BIM Manager and/or Project Managers to create necessary workflows and project plans
- Collaborate with other subcontractors’ BIM/CAD teams in coordination meetings in a professional, productive manner
- Create clear, detailed coordination and installation drawings using consistent formatting based on the needs of the project leader(s) (foreman, project manager, etc.)
- Work closely with Farber field teams to address specific installation needs in real time
Adjust quickly to unforeseen installation issues and adjust model and drawings accordingly
