Scope:
Farber Corporation teamed with Ruscilli Construction and many other contractors to construct the 27,000 square foot basketball practice and weight training facility addition to the Jerome Schottenstein Center. Farber performed and managed the HVAC portion of the project which included installing two custom air handlers, ductwork and HVAC fans, three VFD enabled boilers and heating water pumps, and HVAC controls.
