Scope:
Farber Corporation contracted with Franklin County and worked with Corna Kokosing among other contractors to give the 12 story building located at 369 S. High St. new mechanical systems and a facelift. The plumbing portion of this project included completely removing and replacing the sanitary, storm and domestic water systems, as well as building out restrooms on 9 of the 12 floors. Farber also installed a new high efficient domestic water heater and a VFD powered domestic water booster pump.
